DiagLift is committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technology.

What we've done

Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy.
Visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation.
A "skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen reader users.
Text and background color combinations that meet WCAG AA contrast requirements.
Respect for the "reduce motion" setting on devices where it's enabled.

Ongoing work

This site is actively being developed, including the account, subscription, and diagnostic chat features. We're building accessibility in from the start rather than retrofitting it, but if something doesn't work well with your assistive technology, we want to know.

Standard

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our baseline target.
